Isaac M. Cooper

IMC Financial Consulting is led by Isaac M. Cooper. Though he grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, most ofIsaac Cooper’s family lives between London and Jamaica. His trek to Birmingham begin being recruited by Heisman Trophy winner Pat Sullivan at Samford University. Isaac received a full athletic scholarship to Samford University as a Defensive Back and graduated in 2012.


Immediately, Isaac transitioned into the financial services with the goal to help clients navigate and make smart financial decisions. After transitioning from a fortune 100 Company, Isaac Cooper founded IMC Financial Consulting. Isaac founded IMC with the intention of leaving an impactful legacy not only for his family but also for the families of the clients he serves throughout the country. His clients range from business owners to professional athletes and anyone in between whose focus is to better themselves and the lives of the families that comes after them.


As the founding partner, Mr. Cooper has been actively involved in his community. He’s facilitated financial seminars for different universities, neighborhoods, corporations, organizations and churches . Isaac is the recipient of the 2015 Agent of Change Award via AL.COM, 2017 Birmingham Business Journal Rising Star of Money, and the 2018 A.G Gatson "People's Choice" Community Service Award. He's also been featured in NASDAQ, Nerd Wallet, AL.COM, and many other publications.


The youngest person to be nominated and appointed to Samford’s University Board of Overseers and the most recently designated a National Monument Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. He’s also a Board Member of Growing Kings & the National Business League of Alabama. Mr. Cooper reaches at least 1000 students on an annual basis through football camps and speaking engagements. Mr. Cooper’s vision and game plan is to leave an economic impact for the generations to come.

Delandus O' Neal

Born and raised in Carrollton, Georgia, Delandus excelled quickly in the sports arena, winning multiple state titles in Track & Field as well All-State accolades in football during high school.  Taking it to the next level, Delandus attended Wallace State Community College for two years, where he was a 3-time NJCAA All-American in the 400 hurdles and the 4X400 relay. From there, he transitioned to Mississippi State University on a track and field scholarship. While at Mississippi State Delandus continued to have success on and off the track becoming an All-SEC recipient in the 400 hurdles, as well as obtaining All-SEC Academic Honor Roll honors, as well.

After graduating, Delandus worked in the business management sector for a few years, before moving forward with a Fortune 100 company in the Financial Services arena where planning was quietly birthed. He obtained multiple awards such as Pace Setter, Company New Client Leader, as well as being invited to travel across the country to train with other top young advisers; this was the beginning of something special. Building life long relationships through strategic planning is the foundation in which fueled the partnership and formation of IMC Financial Consulting.

As Partner of IMC Financial Consulting, Delandus looks forward to continuing to help people in the capacity in which is mission and service driven.

Delandus is married to his beautiful wife, Wendy, and they have one fury child, Georgia.
